When coaches from Mu-Xing Gym were out distributing flyers to attract new clients, they encountered Jiang Yiyi, who was dressed elegantly. Yiyi saw a figure resembling Chu Tianqi from behind and followed him, only to be stopped by a security guard who informed her that she was not a resident of the upscale community and couldn't enter.
Yiyi, embarrassed, gave an excuse about looking for a friend but realized her mistake when the guard pointed out that the buildings didn't go as high as she claimed. Feeling out of sorts, Yiyi went to a nearby supermarket. At the checkout, she discovered her total was surprisingly high. After removing several expensive items, she still tried to pay with what turned out to be a bus pass.
The cashier, annoyed by the delay, suggested she leave the items if they were too expensive. Just then, Fang Muye appeared and paid for Yiyi's groceries, receiving a notification on his "Good Deeds Card" for helping her. On their way home, Muye observed Yiyi's distracted state and guessed it was because of her ex-boyfriend. Yiyi admitted she was unsure what she was doing or why she was so emotional since learning Chu Tianqi had moved nearby.
Muye encouraged her to pursue Chu Tianqi if she still loved him, but Yiyi sighed, stating the vast difference between them made him unattainable. Despite her pessimism, Muye, believing Chu Tianqi was her happiness, resolved to help her. Fang Muye initiated his plan, aiming to make Chu Tianqi rediscover Yiyi's charm. He sent Chu Tianqi a lunchbox under Yiyi's name, but it yielded no results as Chu Tianqi seemed solely focused on work.
For his final strategy, Muye resorted to their shared romantic memories. He covertly used his superpower to conjure up a CD of Yiyi's selected ballads, which she had specially prepared for Chu Tianqi, and placed it in Chu Tianqi's car. Hearing the songs, Chu Tianqi was flooded with memories of his time with Yiyi and couldn't help but smile. Witnessing this from afar, Muye felt his plan was finally working.
As Muye returned home, he found Yiyi eating strong-smelling food, surprised she wasn't out. Just then, Yiyi received a call from Chu Tianqi, who was near her home and wanted to meet. Yiyi, flustered and unprepared, quickly got ready. Chu Tianqi then requested to visit her apartment. Yiyi, having previously lied about living alone, frantically tried to manage the situation.
Muye quickly tidied up, turning off a burning pot and opening a window, then hid on the balcony with the dog. Chu Tianqi thanked Yiyi for the food and CD, but Yiyi was confused, unaware Muye was behind it. As Chu Tianqi spoke with Yiyi, Muye watched from the balcony, feeling a strange discomfort as he saw their closeness, and a dark glow briefly appeared in his hand.
Chu Tianqi, who received a call and had to leave, invited Yiyi to be his date for an event on Sunday. He noticed a pair of men's sneakers next to the sofa. After Chu Tianqi left, Yiyi video-chatted with Zhizhi, expressing her satisfaction at having rejected Chu Tianqi's invitation to test his feelings. She then noticed that one of her old CDs was missing from a box of cherished items.
Muye took Yiyi to the gym to sample healthy meals, and Yiyi agreed to help at a cold food banquet in a couple of days. Miaomiao noticed that Muye smiled much more when he was with Yiyi, a change that made her feel uneasy, and she walked away. At work, Yiyi was browsing an advertisement for a snowy mountain hiking trip and recognized Anqi in the photos.
Yiyi questioned Anqi, who casually explained that she often hiked with a senior classmate and became a tourism ambassador through her father's connections with the tourism administration. Yiyi felt a pang of annoyance but couldn't dispute Anqi's privileged background. Just then, a colleague called Yiyi to General Manager Wei's office. Later, Jiang Yiyi attended the Civic Mountaineering Annual Conference, co-hosted by the tourism administration, to help out at the Mu-Xing Gym's food station.
She saw Anqi prominently displayed as the event's image ambassador on a large billboard. Muye pointed out many influential figures attending the conference. Suddenly, Yiyi spotted Chu Tianqi in the crowd and tried to hide, but he noticed her. Yiyi introduced Muye as her personal fitness trainer, but Chu Tianqi's keen eye immediately recognized Muye's white sneakers as the same pair he had seen in Yiyi's apartment, seemingly realizing something.
Chu Tianqi explained that his company organized the event because of his personal desire to hike Cang Mountain and Erhai Lake. He then invited Yiyi to join him, reminding her of their old agreement, and Yiyi accepted. Witnessing this, Muye again felt a dark glow in his hand but also acknowledged Yiyi was a step closer to her happiness. During the event's lottery drawing, as Yiyi didn't have a ticket, Muye gave her his.
Chu Tianqi then covertly manipulated the draw, ensuring Yiyi won the grand prize: a seven-day hiking trip to the snowy mountains, complete with air tickets. On her way home from the event, Yiyi received a call informing her that Chu Tianqi had been hospitalized and that she was still listed as his emergency contact. Crying and anxious, Yiyi rushed to the hospital. There, she found Anqi by Chu Tianqi's bedside, caring for him.
This sight, coupled with flashbacks of Anqi's previous conversations about a "senior classmate" and "boyfriend," made Yiyi realize that Anqi was talking about Chu Tianqi. Anqi expressed her dependence on Chu Tianqi as he lay in bed, but Chu Tianqi's expression remained somewhat uneasy. Heartbroken, Yiyi quietly left the hospital. Muye followed her, offering comfort and encouraging her to express her sadness. However, Yiyi was despondent and uninterested in anything.
Back home, Muye was troubled by Yiyi's low spirits when a message from his "Good Deeds Card" appeared, delivered by Grandpa Hu, warning him that his balance was critically low and he risked losing three months of progress if he didn't try harder.
