The President expressed deep concern to the artists, hoping they wouldn't be affected, and temporarily shelved plans to stabilize the team's emotions. Afterward, the President spoke with Gu Shiyi privately to understand his perspective. Gu Shiyi, realizing he only wished to cherish his time with Xue Ji, decided to terminate his contract, a decision the President supported, understanding that life choices must be personal to avoid regret.
Meanwhile, Li Zhe continued to care for Xue Ji, bringing her favorite foods. However, Xue Ji found it increasingly difficult to accept his attentions. She gently rejected his kindness, explaining that while she acknowledged his feelings, her heart had belonged solely to Gu Shiyi for a thousand years and could not easily fall for another.
