That night, while Qin Zhen and Shen Yinghui were asleep, Zhou Jingmang secretly got up and carefully pasted Zhang Yang's name onto the back of the girl group's standee, falling asleep with a sweet smile. Later, Zhang Yang injured his arm while playing basketball with friends and was taken to the hospital. Shen Yinghui's mother, a nurse, reassured them that his bone was not severely damaged.
He would need to stay overnight for observation, but if there were no complications, he could go home the next day. Yu Hui Tong met with Zhang Yang, telling him Zhou Jingmang wanted to get him drunk to uncover the truth of the last five years. Zhang Yang questioned her motives for revealing this, but Yu Hui Tong insisted she was helping him and shared the KTV event details. On the night of the KTV, Zhang Yang indeed arrived.
