Synopsis
Li Guanlan and Li Xuan begin their university life. When Guanlan runs for campus ambassador, her parents help distribute flyers but are mocked, leaving her feeling guilty.
Her biological mother, Zhang Zizhen, finds herself caught between her ex-husband's attempts to win her back and a new suitor's affections, while her younger brother runs away in anger and only wakes up to his mistakes after a dangerous incident.
Rival Fang Ning spreads malicious rumors to smear Guanlan, but Guanlan takes the stage to defend herself and earns recognition. Li Xuan's roommate is driven to despair by the school board director's son and attempts suicide; the group gathers evidence and exposes the crime during the school's anniversary livestream, bringing the perpetrator to justice.
Across two generations, each grows in their own way, bound by love and redefining what family truly means.
