Set against the backdrop of an international train counterfeit money case in 1995, the film follows Police Captain Xie Jiatong, who teams up with a shady dealer Zheng Ming and a young girl Qiao Qi to stop a massive amount of fake currency from entering the market. They also face off against a martial arts champion who has been forced into the counterfeit distribution chain.<\/p>
