In 1930s Shanghai, when people were asleep, bizarre cases were quietly unfolding in a corner of the city.
A beautiful girl, Qin Xiaoman, who has just graduated from the police academy, arrives in the British Concession with the ambition of becoming an outstanding police detective.

There was no ending written for the series. It didn't have good or bad ending. I laughed a lot while watching the series and loved the mstery scene. I really enjoyed watching the first 10 episodes. WHY WASN'T THERE AN ENDING TO SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SERIES??! I know there won't be a second season but i'll still wait..
